I was going to look down something about being seen, ready to criticize people, to speak from above, maybe even judge a little. Then I realized something uncomfortable: the real reason this blog exists is because I want to be seen and understood too. So I told myself to stop and sat down.
Every now and then I log in and see three or four likes, and it makes me irrationally happy. I never thought what I wrote was disappearing into outer space, but I also didn’t really expect anyone to read it either. Still, those small signs give me more than I’d like to admit.
I can’t say I use this space very skillfully; what I actually feel like doing is receiving a message from one of you and building a dialogue around it, or writing in response to a request, whatever comes. Randomness and the absence of structure are, in fact, exactly what this page means to me.

Burayı nasıl kullanmam gerektiğini hâlâ tam bilmiyorum. Ama içimden, sizden bir mesaj gelmesi ve onun etrafında bir diyalog kurmak geliyor. Ya da bir talep. Ne gelirse.
